This beautiful mama is a very talented photographer who I met through various photography get togethers and social media groups. I was shocked and honored when she reached out to hire me for family photos, but I was so excited!

We decided to meet at a small beach in Milford, CT. We ended up pushing up the shoot date to avoid a heatwave, and could not have ended up with a more perfect night. This entire family could not have been nicer and were such good sports for all of the poses, spots, and silly games I sometimes set up that get you to laugh. Older kids are the opposite of toddlers - instead of racing against the clock to get your shots in before they meltdown for bedtime, they (much like adults) do best with some time to warm up to me and the camera. So it was a fun change of gears to take our time, talk and get to know each other. It didn’t take long for The Office references to start flowing, and from there we were good to go. :)

I hope these photos are everything this mama dreamed of - I know how important they are to us photographer-moms! With so many beautiful pictures, there better be picture frames, albums and canvases galore!
